trade|simple scheduled system downtime

SUNDAY 18TH March 2012

We will be carrying out essential maintenance work at our data centre on Sunday 18th March 2012. The details of this maintenance is below:

Scheduled timing: 06:00 to 10:00 (GMT)

Impact during this period:

·         Websites – these will all be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance period

·         Message processing – this will be suspended for the period of the maintenance. All messages will be queued up and processed in turn once the service is reinstated at the end of the maintenance period

·         FTP/FTPS – this will be affected. There will be no FTP/FTPS connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window. Any FTP/FTPS traffic will need to be resent once the maintenance period is complete

·         AS2 – this will be affected. There will be no AS2 connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window. Any AS2 traffic will need to be resent once the maintenance period is complete

·         SMTP – this will be affected. There will be no SMTP connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window. Any SMTP traffic may be delayed or fail to be delivered if sent during the maintenance period

·         EDI – Any EDI traffic will be queued in trade simple’s EDI mailbox and will be picked up by trade simple and processed once the maintenance period is complete
